So far, methylene blue seems to be working well for me. I started with just 2–3 drops about a week and a half ago and gradually increased the dosage over time. I'm now taking one full dropper in the morning, and it appears to give me noticeably more energy when I wake up. The effects seem to last pretty steadily throughout the day. Could it be placebo? Maybe. But I like to think it's not. What I've noticed most is that I feel mentally alert and focused. It's almost like my brain is fully awake and ready to go without the jittery or overstimulated feeling that comes with a lot of energy products. I take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and usually wait 30 minutes to an hour before eating. That routine seems to work well for me. One thing I will mention: on my second or third day, I decided to experiment and took about 6 drops in water at once. That didn't sit very well with me, so I'd definitely recommend starting low and assessing your tolerance before increasing your dosage. Overall, I've had a positive experience with it so far.
