As recommended I started with one drop and got up to 20 drops per day. It’s only been one month and one bottle was not going to make it 30 days, so I’ve cut back to 10 drops. I felt more mental clarity and definitely more energy at 20. I firmly believe that each individual needs to find the dose for their body. It’s not a contest to see who can take the most but how much gives YOU the most benefit. I haven’t explored more than 20 for me, but honestly, I just finished my first month and still exploring the benefits. So far, I’m loving it.
