At Meraki Medicinal, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and sustainably. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, return policy, and what to do if something goes wrong.
🚚 Shipping Information
Order Processing:
We aim to process and fulfill all orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1–3 business days. While we strive for same-day fulfillment, processing times may vary depending on order volume and holidays.

Shipping Rates:

Standard (3–7 business days): $5–$10

Eco-Friendly Packaging:
All orders are shipped using 100% recyclable and compostable packaging, in partnership with HERO Packaging.
🌍 International Orders & Customs
We ship internationally to most countries. Please note:

Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

To prepay customs fees, select “Passport Duties and Taxes Paid” at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or courier-related issues once the package has shipped.
📦 Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

We are not liable for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer input errors.

🔄 Chain of Custody & Courier Liability
Once your package leaves our warehouse and is scanned by the shipping carrier, it becomes the courier’s responsibility.
This is known as the "chain of custody" — from that moment forward, Meraki Medicinal no longer has physical control over the package. That includes:

Delays caused by the carrier

Packages marked “delivered” but not received

Misrouting or loss in transit
If your package is missing or delayed:

Contact the carrier first (USPS, UPS, DHL) with your tracking number to start an investigation or file a claim.

Once you've done that, feel free to reach out to us — we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
We deeply value your trust and will always do our best to assist, but we cannot accept liability for courier mistakes beyond our control.

You’ll receive an automated email with tracking details once your order is fulfilled.

⚠️ Unexpected Delays
External factors such as holidays, inclement weather, or carrier disruptions may delay delivery times. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us—we’ll work with you to resolve it as best we can.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Q: My tracking number isn’t working—what should I do?
A: This sometimes happens when the carrier hasn't updated their system yet. Give it a few hours, and if it’s still not working, email us at riley@merakimedicinal.com—we’ll help right away.
Q: My order hasn’t arrived yet. Can you help?
A: Yes! Delays sometimes occur due to holidays or shipping carrier issues. If your order is stuck or late, reach out to us with your order number and we’ll investigate and resolve it.
Q: Do I need to pay customs fees for international orders?
A: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are determined by your country’s customs department. We are not liable for these fees. However, you can pre-pay duties at checkout by selecting “Passport Duties and Taxes Paid.”
