Started with 5 drops for first 3 days, then 10 drops for 4 days and 20 drops (5mgs) the second week; It was a little too much for me. After adjusting my dosage from 5mg to 4 mg, I feel great. Im very sensitive to over doing it with supplements but MB is all that i hoped it would do. Energy, memory and clarity. Thx.
