I use this every night before bed. However, when i get a sunburn, I make sure to apply an extra amount before bed. Pretty much every time i wake up the next day with no sunburn, just tanner skin. This is fantastic for me because I am a very pale guy!

I've been using it for about 3 weeks at low dosages. I have noticed a slight increase in energy and a noticeable increase regarding motivation. Today I increased the dosage and ..we shall see! :-)
