I recently began taking the methylene blue and though it’s early to speak too much to it, I definitely notice more clarity and energy. I’m excited to get more consistent and see what additional results I get! I am up to 10 mg and will step it up to 15 soon.
When I got my first shipment, unfortunately a couple of the glass vials droppers had somehow been damaged in the shipment. I reached out to the company and heard back I believe, within an hour. They replaced the bottles at no cost. Both times the communication has been excellent and orders received promptly. I’ve already referred many people here.
It’s tough to find good customer service these days so taking the time to give a shout out to this company is absolutely my pleasure!

Not sure what to do

There were no instructions so I’ve no idea how to take. One drop once a day 10 drops twice a day? I tried getting on the website to get some help but they just want to sell you more. I tried a couple drops to see if it did anything but felt nothing. I did read that it stains teeth implants and caps and I didn’t want that so I quit trying to take it and threw away the bottles.
