💯 Return Policy & 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

EU customers have the right to withdraw from any contract within 30 days without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please use the cancellation form on our [Right of Withdrawal page] or in your account.

We want you to love your experience with Meraki. If you are a first-time customer and your order is a single bottle (Buy 1), and you are not satisfied, you are eligible for a money-back guarantee within 30 days of delivery.

📝 Refund Terms

  • Applies to first-time customers only

  • Applies to single-unit (Buy 1) orders only. Multi-unit purchases — Buy 2, Buy 3, multi-packs and bundles — are already discounted off the single-bottle price and are not covered by the money-back guarantee. If you would like to try Meraki with the guarantee in place, start with a single bottle.

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving returned items.

  • No refunds for multi-unit orders (Buy 2, Buy 3), promotional bundles, repeat orders, gift cards, or digital products.

Non-first time customer refund/return policy:

  • If a subscription order shipped because the customer did not cancel in time, a 15% restocking fee will apply to unopened returns.

  • For a non-first time customer, if items are open, the order does not qualify for returns/refunds anymore.

  • Meraki reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items: these are always put right, whatever you ordered. If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you. Nothing in this policy limits the statutory rights of customers in the EU, the UK, or any other jurisdiction whose law provides otherwise.
